Amendment 1 issues site visit information. Site visit will be Monday, July 13th @ 9am. Meet at G702 duty station.

Special Scheduling: Renovation activities must be executed sequentially. All G702 renovation work, including closeout tasks and required supporting documentation (e.g., Maximo, eOMSI) must be fully completed and formally accepted prior to the commencement of any renovation activities in G703. Furthermore, the project schedule must incorporate a mandatory 30-day transition window to facilitate the relocation of tenants from G703 to G702.

Proposal Acceptance Period: 60 Days from receipt of award. G703 will be awarded as an option. The pricing for G703 should by held for 365 days.
Liquidated Damages $880.00 for each calendar day of delay until work is completed or accepted
