Special Scheduling Notes: Total contract performance shall be 330 days consisting of 2 separate Notice of Proceeds. Ninety days following the 1st Notice to Proceed will be allowed for submittal approval, equipment ordering and delivery only. No on-site work will be permitted during that initial 90 day period. After completion of submittal period and all pre-construction submittals are approved, the performance period for on-site construction shall be 240 calendar days.
Proposal Acceptance Period: Government acceptance will occur on or before September 30, 2022.
