Proposal Acceptance Period: 60 Days from receipt of award. Per Amendment 2-Revised proposal acceptance period is now 90 days from receipt of award. This project is a straddle project. Project may be awarded in the 4th quarter of fiscal year of 2003 or 1st quarter of fiscal year 2024.
Liquidated Damages: $880 for each calendar day of delay until work is completed or accepted
